June 7, 2008: Across the street from the famous Strasburg Railroad is the equally famous RR Museum of Pennsylvania. Real engines and cars in pristine condition on display. It's a great place to bring the kids.
The museum added a room just for kids. It has lots of displays and many areas for them to build things out of plastic rods and spindles.
There are many interesting displays with scale model trains as well as engine parts.
A large outdoor area with more trains and cars are on display. The temperature was 94 degrees so we went indoors without seeing everything.
