October 24, 2009. One of the special things that Lauren was looking forward to was to make an Amish Doll at the Cherry Crest Adventure Farm.
Looking at the visitor map, the northeast corridor has made its mark.
We were 15 minutes early for the 10 AM opening, so we took a couple of photos.
When the entrance opened we started our adventure.
The doll building was well organized into six stations.
Lauren chose the name DORA.
At the final station, Lauren signed a certificate and it was authenticated with a raised seal.
For the boys, there was a large room for build a barn or a train or an airplane.
"Make a Friend" is a but a tiny part of the Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. One can purchase a ticket for "make a friend" without attending the vast farm area if that is what is desired. The farm has a corn maze and many other fall activities for the family.
