HALLOWEEN

Freehold, NJ

(SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL PHOTOS)

October 31, 2020.  When Halloween comes around, I always think of Freehold NJ because the school kids paint downtown store front windows, but not this year (thank you Chinese virus).  I was disappointed, but on the way into town Paddy and I saw many homes that were decorated, so we took a tour of Freehold to take pictures.

When the homeowner saw me stop to take a photo, he turned on his smoke machine.  Some of these Freehold folks really got into the spirit of the season.

Look for the guy just to the right of the 'haunted house' street sign with the green on top of his head...... well, when I stopped to take a photo, the guy comes out of his house in street clothes and says" "wait a minute"  with that he runs into the tent (right rear of the photo) and puts on his costume.  Talk about pride and dedication !  I took the photo, then thanked him and we moved on.

This one was simple, but perfect, and we had to stop and look.
