July 1, 2023. Scott, Laura and Liam brought
their camper for a visit and the weather was perfect. Scott mentioned that his
favorite restaurant was Bahrs in Highlands, NJ so that's where we went for
lunch.
Scott was serious about his cell phone app.
Liam took a photo of grampy, but grampy didn't like the resulting photo.
There were many boats that came into the Bahrs marina for fuel.
At the end of
lunch, Laura took this photo of grandson Liam, grandfather Ken and son Scott.
Scott wanted to show Laura and Liam the twin lights, so he drove up to the
historic site..
Inside this tower was a very powerful arc lamp that guided ships on the
Atlantic Ocean years
ago.
There were 127 steps in this lighthouse tower and Laura and Liam made it to
the top in no time.
There were twin lights and YES Laura and Liam climbed inside both of them.
